Pooja Kalasham are Three Types:

•      The entire arrangement is called Purna-Kalasha, Purna-Kumbha, Purna-Ghata. 
•      Purna Kalash represents abundance and life source. Kalasham is filled with coins, grain, germs, gold, or a combination of these items instead of water. The coronet of 5, 7, or 11 mango leaves is placed such that tips of the leaves touch water in the kalasha.

•      The coconut is wrapped with red thread or cloth. The holy thread tied around the metal pot and decorate it with sandals and kumkum. The shira is kept facing the sky. Make a thambulam plate with rice to place kalasham.

•      Purna-Kumbah is predominantly a Vedic motif. The Purna-kalasha is believed to be a symbol of Ganesha, remover of obstacles. It is also the embodiment of Goddess Lakshmi.

•      It should be placed in the north or the east side of the room. We can keep this on only Friday or full moon or new moon days. Change the water of the kalasham on every friday.

•      We can also keep kalasham permanently . Instead of filling kalasham with water you can use rice, coin, sandal, and a set of pooja items to put into kalasham. You can also change this yearly once.

    Chakras:
